Based in Winchester and working across Hampshire, London, and the South of England, we design homes that combine timeless architectural character with modern performance and craftsmanship.

Each project is shaped by its landscape, light, and context. Whether designing a new countryside residence, a contemporary extension, or a private spa retreat, we create architecture that feels calm, enduring, and deeply connected to place.

Our Team
Founding DirectorTony Blunn
Tony Blunn is the founding director of BLUNN Architects, established in 2018 with a clear ambition to deliver thoughtful and well resolved architecture shaped by place, performance and people.
With over 15 years of experience across residential, commercial and public sector projects, Tony brings a depth of knowledge that combines design clarity with delivery expertise. His work is defined by a measured and pragmatic approach, balancing creativity with a strong understanding of construction, planning and project execution.
Prior to founding BLUNN Architects, Tony held senior roles at Mace and Hampshire County Council, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of a range of complex projects across the South of England. Earlier in his career, he worked with practices including ArchitecturePLB, Holder Mathias Architects, and BDP Workplace developing experience across residential and leisure sectors.
Tony completed his architectural education at the Welsh School of Architecture, where he gained both his Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications, before obtaining his Part 3 professional qualification at University of Westminster.
At BLUNN Architects, Tony leads a collaborative and client focused design process, working closely with clients to translate their needs, lifestyle and aspirations into architecture that is both refined and enduring. His work reflects a commitment to context driven design, technical rigour and the creation of buildings that perform well and enhance everyday living.
